Solicitud de nulidad presentada por en contra de la Sentencia C-355/06.
Luego de analizar los requisitos de procedencia de la precitada petición la Corte encontró que no cumplió con el de oportunidad, toda vez que fue presentada de manera evidentemente extemporánea.
Además de lo anterior, evidenció que no acreditó el presupuesto de legitimidad, en la medida en que la memorialista no participó en el proceso que dio lugar al fallo de la referencia, ni como demandante ni como interviniente.
Con base en los anteriores argumentos se RECHAZÓ de plano la nulidad invocada.
